Bingofy is the trading name of the service provided by the self-employed individual identified at the beginning of this page. You can contact the operator directly by email about the service, purchases, problems or exercising your rights.
Service
Bingofy generates downloadable music bingo cards as PDFs from playlists. It does not organize or accept bets from participants. Purchases are one-time payments for cards for the selected game, subject to the purchase terms.
Use and intellectual property
Use the service lawfully and hold any necessary permissions for content you provide. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and reporting unauthorized use.
Third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners. Buying cards does not include a music subscription or public performance licenses. Bingofy is not affiliated with Spotify or Google.
Availability and third-party services
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchase or PDF generation, contact us to resolve it or request a refund. Third-party services, such as Google sign-in, connecting Spotify or paying through Polar, are also subject to their respective terms.
