Who can purchase

Accounts and purchases are reserved for organizers aged 18 or older, who declare their age when registering and purchasing. Participants can use printed cards without an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for having the necessary playlist and music permissions and suitable content for your event.

What you buy

You buy access to PDF card generation for the selected game and card quantity. This is a one-time payment with no subscription. Paid-game PDF generation is available for 5 days after payment. Download and keep your files within that period; PDFs you have saved do not expire.

Requirements and purchase steps

You need an up-to-date browser and an Internet connection to generate and download the PDF, and a PDF reader or printer to use it. Bingofy does not include a music subscription or public performance rights. Review your game and quantity before continuing to Polar; return to your games to correct them before paying.

You can purchase in Spanish or English. We retain the accepted version of the terms with the purchase and email it to you. You can request a copy at [email protected] with the reference. The final price and payment commitment are confirmed in Polar.

Price, payment and delivery

The total, currency and applicable taxes are shown in Polar checkout before payment is confirmed. Polar acts as reseller and issues the receipt. PDF generation is enabled after payment is confirmed. If you cannot access it, email [email protected] with the purchase reference.

Refunds and withdrawal

The cards are PDF digital content supplied without a physical medium. Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw. Immediate supply can qualify for an exception: before payment, we ask you to expressly request supply within that period and acknowledge that you will lose the right when supply begins. We email the contract confirmation before enabling access. Being a PDF does not by itself remove withdrawal rights.

If supply has not begun or the exception requirements are not met, you can withdraw using the linked form or an unambiguous request to [email protected] with your email and purchase reference. Where applicable, we arrange reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days of notification using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost. This exception does not remove your rights for errors, defects or non-conformity.

If your PDF does not work or you cannot obtain it, email [email protected] with the purchase reference or use the linked form. We will help resolve the issue or arrange a refund with Polar. Receiving the PDF does not prevent you from requesting help or a refund for a problem with the purchase.
